Job Summary

Job Description 

As a Business Development Representative at QIMA your primary responsibilities will include: 

  • Develop and maintain an objective and comprehensive sales strategy.

  • Maintain manage and grow existing accounts.

  • Recover former/lost accounts.

  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects periodically.

  • Report weekly to the BDM and commercial director.

  • Prepare and deliver company services presentations.

  • Negotiate and close service proposals aimed to fulfill customers needs.

  • Coordinate with other team members and departments the setup of new customers accounts.

  • Closely monitor the performance of all accounts aiming to assure customer satisfaction and service recurrence.

  • Maintain a close communication and develop strong relationships with all customers to seek new business opportunities aligned with companys service offer.

  • Follow up and manage all sales activities in companys CRM system following the sales strategy.

The talent recruited will report directly to the BDM and Sales Manager. 


Qualifications :

WHAT IS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE 

  • Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies and managing accounts (minimum 2 years).
  • Track record of successfully recovering clients and closing commercial proposals.
  • Proficient use of CRM systems for sales activity tracking and account management.
  • A solid command over the English language.  
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to manage schedules autonomously
  • Remarkable negotiation skills with an ability to effectively interact in various cultural scenarios.
