What we expect of you day to day
- Develop and own the regional consumer strategy including product positioning market expansion plans and multiyear growth priorities.
- Collaborate with generalist AEs to lead business development with issuers neobanks and fintech partners shaping joint value propositions negotiating commercial agreements and driving revenue outcomes.
- Own commercial outcomes: build pipeline of core and benefits opportunities support pricing and contract negotiations through deal closure
- Work cross-functionally to respond to RFPs and deliver client pitches
- Oversee the product roadmap for consumer solutions (credit affluent benefits loyalty) ensuring alignment with market needs and Visas global strategy.
- Collaborate with regional and global crossfunctional teams (marketing risk product legal finance) to deliver launches and optimize performance across FR/BE/LU markets.
- Monitor market trends regulatory developments and competitive dynamics to inform product evolution and strategic recommendations.
- Represent Visa externally serving as a subjectmatter expert for consumer payments in the region.
Qualifications :
Were after a candidate that has experience in the following areas:
- Extensive experience in payments banking fintech or consumer financial products with leadership roles spanning business development or product strategy.
- Strong track record of commercial success including partnership development deal structuring and revenue growth.
- Expertise in consumer payments ecosystemscard issuing digital wallets embedded finance loyalty and valueadded services.
- Strategic and analytical mindset comfortable with market sizing competitive analysis financial modelling and product prioritization.
- Excellent stakeholdermanagement and communication skills with experience influencing senior external partners and internal executives.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute complex initiatives across multiple countries or business units.
- Fluency in English and French
- Experience as a general manager or management consultant strong plus.
