Location: Neptune New Jersey
Shift: Nights 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
Schedule: 3x12s 36 Hours/Week
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
Holidays: 3 per Contract

Unit Overview
This is a Labor Delivery Recovery Postpartum (LDRP) unit. Nurses must be comfortable working across:
Labor & Delivery
Postpartum
Antepartum
Newborn Nursery
Assignments are based on patient needs and flexibility within the LDRP model is required.
Job Summary
The RN is responsible for assessing planning implementing and evaluating maternal and newborn patient care in accordance with professional nursing standards and evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities
Assess obstetric and postpartum patients
Assist physicians during labor and delivery
Provide newborn care and stabilization
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Perform therapeutic nursing interventions
Document care accurately and timely
Support patient education and family-centered care
Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
Required Qualifications
Active New Jersey RN License or Compact License
BLS (AHA)
NRP Certification
Minimum 1 year of L&D experience
ASN required (BSN preferred)
