Our Program
This is an eight-week summer program based in Plano TX designed for interns who want to see how an agency functions specifically a multicultural agency that focuses on the Asian American consumer. You will be balancing between two worlds: supporting the daily needs of your homebase team and co-leading a primary internal initiative that will define how our office shows up in Texas and beyond.
The Role
Your job is to make the invisible visible. We need a visual storyteller who can take a big idea and bring it to life in a way that is beautiful functional and makes sense for the task at hand. You should have a strong point of view and a willingness to adapt and listen to others.
What Youll Do
- Assist your homebase team with visual design asset creation and daily creative tasks.
- Work with the Creative Strategist intern to refresh and refine the visual standards of our offices brand presence.
- Translate a big idea into high-standard tangible visual executions.
Who You Are
- You lead with curiosity and ask why before you start designing.
- You are a visual thinker who understands that design must serve a purpose.
- You are proactive and comfortable working in an intimate small-team setting.
- You are focused on the momentum of the project and the growth of the team.
Skillsets Required
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
- Strong design fundamentals in layout hierarchy and typography
- Additional Experience Skills Knowledge and/or Abilities:
- Exposure to motion video or basic animation
- Familiarity with presentation design

- Program Dates: June 8 July 31 2026 (8 Weeks).
- Deadline: March 31 2026 at 11:59 PM CT.
- Schedule: M to F 11 am - 5 pm CT (1 hour lunch break)
- Hybrid Model: 3 Days in office / 2 days virtual
- $16.90 / hour
