Job Title: APP Acute Care Fellow
The Johns Hopkins All Childrens Hospital fellowship is designed for both Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) who are passionate about working with pediatrics. Applicants should have completed at least one pediatric clinical rotation and additional pediatric-related extracurricular experiences are strongly preferred.

The Johns Hopkins All Childrens Hospital Acute Care Advanced Practice ProviderFellowship is a one-year pediatric fellowshipfor clinicians credentialed as advanced practice providers (APPs) who are interested in gaining additional training. The fellow will be trained for a career as an acute care pediatric nurse practitioner or physician assistant with an emphasis on excellence in patient care development of technical skills and clinical translational research.
The fellow will work under the mentored support of experienced APPs and specialty physicians and will have access to didactic education high fidelity simulated learning and inquiry opportunities in collaboration with the Johns Hopkins All Childrens physician residency program. The fellow will work in an academic inpatient setting and be exposed to ambulatory subspecialties with rotations including pediatric hospital medicinepediatric intensive care unithematology-oncologyemergency medicinegeneral surgeryandanesthesiology.
As part of the training program semi-annual performance evaluations and monthly meetings will occur throughout the year. The fellow will also participate in clinical skills exams.

Salary Range: Minimum $36.06/hour - Maximum $36.06/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
