Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

Join BILLs Strategy & Operations team as a Senior Staff team member where you will develop and support key strategic initiatives and ensure effective execution of critical business goals. This will be a generalist role with the opportunity to dive in and ramp up quickly across key areas of BILLs business. You will work closely with functional and business leaders as well as collaborate deeply with the broader Strategy & Operations team to help reinforce the connective tissue between corporate and business strategies and drive alignment across cross-BU initiatives. The Senior Staff Strategy & Operations will be responsible for defining and delivering the next phase of growth for key parts of BILLs business and while it will be an individual contributor position will lead internal cross-functional teams across critical strategic projects. It will also support key rhythms across the business and be responsible for managing and tracking business performance on high priority initiatives diagnosing issues and opportunities and contributing to Executive and Board updates. The ideal candidate has strong business intuition the ability to leverage a strategy toolkit to assess opportunities exceptional organization and project management skills and can effortlessly build relationships to influence and support stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of multi-year strategies for key areas of BILLs business ensuring alignment with BILLs broader business objectives and long-term vision
  • Identify and execute key strategic initiatives that align with BILLs business objectives and drive measurable impact across the organization
  • Support comprehensive planning processes ensuring alignment with long-term priorities while adapting to changing market and company conditions
  • Oversee business performance metrics analyze critical data sources and translate findings into actional insights
  • Conduct regular analysis on key industry and competitive trends
  • Prepare executive-level content to communicate business performance and opportunities
  • Advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization establishing robust frameworks for evaluating impact
  • Serve as a visible leader and thought partnercreating structure for complex challenges and accelerating high-visibility initiatives

Wed love to chat if you have:

  • 10 years of experience with direct expertise in both Strategy Consulting and at a company in a corporate/Product Strategy or Business Operations role; ideal candidate has direct experience within Fintech Payments or SaaS.
  • Demonstrated experience driving high-impact strategic initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven recommendations
  • Seasoned generalist with direct experience working in or collaborating across several different functions including Strategy Operations Finance Product Marketing
  • Exceptional business acumen & data orientation with strong ability to synthesize complex data and business trends and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams to execute towards and exceed ambitious goals
  • Expertise in operational excellence change management and strategic planning for multi-functional teams.
  • Strong history of building collaborative relationships across product and business teams; ability to structure and clarify ambiguous subjects.
  • Outstanding communication executive presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a lean high-growth fast-paced organization with a positive can-do and team-oriented mindset

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience expertise and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. San Jose pay range
$187600$234500 USD

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper UT. Additionally this role is eligible to participate in BILLs bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience expertise and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical dental vision life and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan flexible spending & health savings account paid holidays paid time off and other company benefits.

Draper UT pay range
$159500$199300 USD

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience expertise and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical dental vision life and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan flexible spending & health savings account paid holidays paid time off and other company benefits.
