Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in General Nursing (Required)
Active RGN registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
Eligible to work in Ireland

Requirements for Agency Nurses

Recent experience in hospital settings
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Excellent communication skills
Provide high-quality patient-centred care while maintaining safety and working within scope of practice
Maintain accurate timely patient documentation and reporting
Participate as an active collaborative member of the care team
Take responsibility for ongoing professional development and maintain up-to-date compliance documentation
Follow policies protocols and guidelines in accordance with each healthcare facility
