Job Summary
A transportation representative acts as the primary interface between Amazon seller and our delivery partners. Associates are expected to identify concerns and work on troubleshooting delivery partner/seller issues and provide process improvement suggestions.

Program Operations: Oversee daily operational activities for shippers and proactively identify and resolve operational challenges
Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities
Effectively manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix.
Demonstrate excellent time-management skills.
Maintains or exceeds targeted performance metrics.
- Associate degree Under graduate with 1 years of order management supply chain planning or logistics experience. Expert in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint. Understanding of metrics and process capabilities.
- 1 years of customer service experience. 1 years of business intelligence tools experience. 2 years of modeling in Microsoft Excel.
