As our R&D Business Capability Analyst you take on a new role within R&D created to keep business capability analysis and ownership close to our organization and its needs keeping the key stakeholder networks in focus. Your work focuses on defining managing and continuously improving business capabilities connected to areas such as CAD design methods design automation prototyping materials and processes always aligned with strategic direction.

The location for this position is Sandviken. You work in an international hybrid setup with immediate team located in Sandviken (Sweden) and Pune (India).
You have a strong engineering foundation and hands-on experience from product development that help you understand how ideas move from concept to reality. Experience in working with Engineering processes and related systems is a plus. Acting in a global context calls for excellent English skills verbally and in writing.
