Could you be the full-time Logistics Operational Manager in Wrocław were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and operational expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dynamic collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
Youll play a key role in optimizing our logistics processes ensuring compliance with company policies and driving continuous improvement. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as warehousing transportation and inventory management) oversee the deployment of our APSYS roadmap and much more.
Youll specifically take care of managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring the alignment of physical and system flows but also optimizing warehouse layouts and transportation flows.
Well look to you for:
Ensuring employees operate in compliance with Health Safety and Environmental policies
Implementing standard processes and golden rules from the Logistic Handbook
Optimizing warehousing packaging and physical flows based on Lean Manufacturing principles
Ensuring ERP solutions are implemented and used correctly
Guaranteeing inventory processes comply with Alstoms standard rules
Driving the deployment of APSYS roadmap across teams

Degree in Supply Chain Engineering or Industrial fields
Experience or understanding of logistics and warehouse management (minimum 3-5 years)
Knowledge of team management (minimum 5 years)
Familiarity with SAP (WM and IM modules)
Fluency in English
Good communication negotiation and leadership skills
Strategic vision and problem-solving abilities
