Job Requirements | |
| Education: | - High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic reading and math skills (add subtract multiply divide)

| Experience: | - Desirable working experience in manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with operating automated equipment
- Ability to read and understand process procedures and inspection criteria
- Experience with networked PC based computer system (MS Office spreadsheets Email and MRP systems)
|
| Special Skills: | - Capable of applying basic math to product activities
- Ability to understand and interpret product drawings (blueprints)
- Ability to meet tight time schedules
- Familiarity with precision optics manufacturing and metrology
- Work in environment with open communication
- Perform tasks independently with minimal guidance from supervisor
- Ability to follow work priorities and multi-task when needed
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Works with the team to meet delivery goals
- Improve processes under the guidance of supervision.

- Learn understand and follow all applicable safety and environmental regulations
- Responsible for maintaining Quality work environment housekeeping for own work area and community areas

| 3)Test/Documentation | 10% | |
| | - Able to use all pertinent test apparatus and record data.
- Enter measurement and eLog data into the appropriate data bases as needed
- Follows procedures as required keep current on all process change notices.

| 4) Human Resources/ Administrative | 5% | - An ESGP is co-developed and in place.
- Company policy is followed regarding all safety environmental and ergonomic requirements.
- Responsible for maintaining quality work environment housekeeping standards.
- Takes responsive action to correct any health or safety hazard found in work area.
- Initiates corrective measures within 24 hours of hazard identification.
- Maintains a positive attitude and is cooperative in working with others while adapting readily to changes in work caused by new requirements and/or situation
