Job Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic reading and math skills (add subtract multiply divide)

• Desirable working experience in manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with operating automated equipment
• Ability to read and understand process procedures and inspection criteria
• Experience with networked PC based computer system (MS Office spreadsheets Email and MRP systems)

• Capable of applying basic math to product activities
• Ability to understand and interpret product drawings (blueprints)
• Ability to meet tight time schedules
• Familiarity with precision optics manufacturing and metrology
• Work in environment with open communication
• Perform tasks independently with minimal guidance from supervisor
• Ability to follow work priorities and multi-task when needed
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

1. Performs hands-on operation of optical dicing process
2. All optical sizing steps performed per procedure to a 0% reject standard.
3. Quality of product and throughput rate meets or exceeds departmental goals.
4. Products meet quality per internal and external customer specifications.
5. Works with the team to meet delivery goals
6. Improve processes under the guidance of supervision.
7. All steps are performed per policy and procedure

2. Enter measurement and eLog data into the appropriate data bases as needed
3. Follows procedures as required keep current on all process change notices.
