Job Summary
Description of the role:
The Automotive Service Advisor at Elko Motor Company is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and overseeing automotive repairs and maintenance. This role requires strong communication skills extensive knowledge of automotive systems and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Listen to customer concerns and effectively communicate with technicians
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services
- Schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of services
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Keep detailed records of services provided and maintain customer database
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an automotive service advisor or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in computer systems and software applications
