Position Overview
We are seeking an Entry-Level Sales Manager with strong customer service experience and a leadership mindset. This role is ideal for:
A senior salesperson ready to move into management
An F&I Manager who wants more involvement on the sales floor
A high-performing sales professional seeking advancement
A motivated individual outside the car business who wants to build a career in automotive
You will lead a team of 58 sales professionals desk and close deals recruit and develop staff and serve as backup in F&I when needed. For the right person we will move you into leadership quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Lead motivate and hold accountable a team of 58 sales associates
Desk and structure vehicle deals
Work directly with customers to close transactions
Recruit hire and retain top-performing sales staff
Train and mentor new and existing salespeople
Step into F&I as needed to maintain deal flow
Maintain strong CSI and customer satisfaction standards
Drive unit volume and gross objectives
What Were Looking For
Customer service skills in bunches
Proven sales performance (automotive preferred not required)
F&I experience is a strong plus
Leadership mindset and desire to grow
Strong communication and closing skills
Competitive drive and accountability
