Job Duties
Assigned to Court operational responsibilities i.e. ensures Courts instructions are executed and legal papers prepared with accuracy and in accordance with appropriate policies and procedures; assist with planning scheduling and monitoring activities to coincide with the needs of the Court other criminal justice agencies and the public both in the courtroom and in the office. The position will be cross trained for case entry public relations at the clerks office window and assisting the Judge in the courtroom with weekly dockets
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Position consists of answering telephones assisting customers preparing legal Court documents accurately and timely providing assistance during Court proceedings and completing work necessary to finalize case files.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; business courses preferred. Requires knowledge and skills of general office operations and procedures (i.e. typing filing data entry and receipting payments). Verbal and written communications skills; automated records and word processing experience a plus. CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND A POSITIVE ATTITUDE IS A MUST!
