JOB SUMMARY:
The UDX Global IP Partnerships team is seeking a driven detailed-oriented and self-motivated intern to support the day-to-day work of the Global IP Partnership Management team. This role will assist with the development and review of strategic presentations support internal and external communications and contribute to special projects that help support key partnership initiatives.
Through this internship the individual will gain hands-on exposure to UDXs strategic marketing and partnership ecosystem build foundational skills in collaboration and stakeholder management and learn how global IP relationships are developed maintained and activated across the business. The intern will work closely with experienced professionals across multiple disciplines providing meaningful opportunities for learning mentorship and professional growth.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the development and organization of materials supporting Global IP Guidelines and Best Practices.
- Support the creation review and coordination of strategic presentations and partner-facing materials.
- Help organize and manage internal communications related to partner activities including updates supporting IP tentpole planning and execution.
- Maintain and update partner-driven timelines milestones and global announcements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- In pursuit of an Associate Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above.
- Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
- A transcript is required upon application.
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Preferred majors include: Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
- Self-motivated adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint Word and Excel.

- This internship will be an in-person experience based in our Orlando offices.
- Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university and must have a graduation date later than December 2026.
- Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
