The Inventory Control Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy across raw materials packaging and finished goods. This position supports cycle counts inventory reconciliation and data integrity while partnering closely with Warehouse Production Procurement and Finance teams. We value individuals who are detail-oriented organized and committed to maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Full-time/Non Exempt

Mission
Maintains accurate inventory records and supports inventory flow accuracy and control across warehouse locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Maintain FIFO inventory practices and accurate bin locations
• Receive verify and transfer inventory between locations
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
• Support physical inventories and inventory audits
• Maintain organized clean and safe warehouse environments

• Inventory control or warehouse experience
• Forklift operation experience

• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to safely operate an 18-foot box truck; no CDL required
• Willingness and ability to drive company vehicles as part of regular job duties
• Basic Excel and computer skills
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation

Working Conditions Physical Requirements & Essential Functions

Combination of field warehouse and office environments
Standing walking bending lifting and driving as required by role
Ability to lift up to 5075 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Operate a motor vehicle as required to support business needs including driving an 18-foot box truck to transport materials inventory or supplies between facilities or locations
Exposure to mechanical equipment noise and varying temperatures
Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
