Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Producer to join a team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-oriented professional to build a book of business from the ground up focusing on personal lines insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or customer service a proactive approach to prospecting and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: Starting at $50000 during the validation period.
- Commission: Transition to a 100% commission-based structure upon validation with a competitive commission split.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k).
- Training & Resources: Access to training programs and resources to support your success in building your book of business.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow a personal lines book of business from the ground up.
- Proactively prospect and generate leads through cold calling networking and other innovative methods.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients ensuring their insurance needs are met.
- Utilize tools such as EPIC and Agency Zoom to manage accounts and streamline processes.
- Participate in training and educational opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Travel locally as needed to meet with clients and build relationships.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Sales or customer service experience is essential.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with EPIC and Agency Zoom is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and client engagement.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Resilience and adaptability in a competitive sales environment.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Location: Remote position available for candidates in Washington or Oregon (Northern & Southern regions).
