Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Channel Marketing Intern to join our dynamic Baldwin Marketing team. As a Channel Marketing Intern you will be integrated into the day-to-day activities learning and supporting both the Marketing and Sales organizations and gleaning a holistic view of marketing operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with not only marketing but go-to-market functions. Must be available to work onsite in our Lake Forest office 3 days a week for our hybrid schedule Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. Will be remote Mondays and Fridays.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Craft creative briefs to develop marketing assets and sales tools.
Support the development of training presentations and business reviews.
Manage marketing collateral deployment in collaboration with the sales team.
Assist coordinate and develop strategies and materials to support regional tradeshows and customer events.
Learn and support the display development fabrication and execution process.
Support cross departmental projects leading communications and follow ups with key stakeholders.
Learn and implement new program management tools to support marketing operations and new product launches.

Education and Experience Profile

Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business Marketing Psychology or related field.
Motivated self-starter committed to learning the ins and outs of Marketing or Sales.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written in a professional setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook.
Willingness to study reference materials ask questions and resolve problems.
Strong interpersonal skills along with the ability to grow from constructive feedback.
Ability to prioritize with excellent follow-through and task completion.
Thrives in a fast-paced often-changing environment.
Flexible and positive attitude; able to work independently and within teams.
