• A true morning person who enjoys starting early
• Responsible reliable and able to work independently
• Naturally welcoming friendly and service-oriented
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of hygiene and cleanliness
• Comfortable speaking English and preferably also Dutch
• Experienced in hospitality (a plus but not required!)

• Preparing and presenting a fresh varied and attractive breakfast buffet
• Creating a welcoming and well-organized restaurant environment
• Replenishing the buffet on time and monitoring food quality and freshness
• Keeping tables buffet areas and service stations clean and tidy during breakfast
• Cleaning refilling and maintaining coffee & juice machines
• Preparing food and supplies for the next days service
• Assist in the dishwash area when needed in peak times
• Preparing and placing kitchen orders to ensure proper stock levels
• Cleaning the restaurant and kitchen area after breakfast service
• Assisting with the receiving and organizing of the food deliveries (twice a week)
• Recording product temperatures and completing HACCP administration accurately

• Fixed morning shifts; working hours: 06:15 14:30 occasionally an earlier or later start is required
