Lead major transformation programmes taking overall responsibility from design and strategic alignment to execution and impact measurement.
Apply strong business acumento assess transformation implications across the entire HUGO BOSS value chain ensuring all functional areas are aligned toward overarching goals.
Drive stakeholder and change managementby partnering closely with senior leaders creating transparency and securing buyin to effectively cascade transformation objectives throughout the organization.
Act as a strategic counterpart representing HUGO BOSS in collaboration with external partners ensuring seamless cooperation and results aligned with Group priorities.
Monitor impact and progress establishing clearKPIsand governance structures to ensure successful delivery of transformation outcomes.
Masters degree MBA or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in transformation management management consulting or corporate project management.
Proven experience leading complex cross-functional transformation or change programmes.
Ideally previous experience in fashion lifestyle or beauty industry.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills paired with a structured results-oriented approach.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
High commitment to quality precision and pragmatic problem-solving.
Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
Excellent communication skills in German and Englishlanguagebothoral and written.
