We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads building relationships with customers and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills strong negotiation abilities and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Present promote and sell products/services to prospective clients
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred but not always required)
Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Experience in B2B or B2C sales (depending on company type)
