Job Summary
Nasdaqs Internship Program is a 10-week summer experience designed to give students real exposure to how global markets and technology come together. Our interns work on meaningful projects alongside Nasdaq teams gaining hands-on skills that make an impact on the business.
We believe the best way to learn is by doing thats why youll be paired with a mentor connected with senior leaders and included in professional development sessions. Youll also join a diverse global intern community sharing experiences and building networks that last beyond the program.

At Nasdaq youll have the chance to start your career in an environment where learning teamwork and innovation come this role youll support the Product R&D team and gain hands-on experience with technical tools such as SQL Python and Databricks partner with a mentor network with senior colleagues and take on real-world projects that will directly impact your teams priorities and initiatives.
You dont need to know everything on day one well help you build the skills confidence and network to grow your career.
What Youll Do
Support Product R&D team with day-to-day tasks and contribute to ongoing initiatives.
Collaborate with teammates across different functions and regions.
Bring your ideas and curiosity to problem-solving and project work.
Develop your technical and professional skills through training and mentorship.
What Youll Bring
Currently pursuing a degree in business or technical field e.g. finance economics computer science etc... (Both preferred)
Eagerness to learn ask questions and take on new challenges.
Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team environment.
Focus/Curiosity around Ai capabilities
Good communication and organizational skills.
Nice-To-Have
Internship or project experience related to Finance or Technology
Curiosity about technology finance and global markets particularly around institutional investing markets
Involvement in student organizations volunteering or leadership roles.
Experience or interest in SQL Python R PowerBI Databricks or similar toolsets.
This position will be located in Atlanta and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office subject to change providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
