Job Summary

The Job

The Customer Support and Operations department plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and peak performance of Logpoint production this role you will work closely with diverse customers to understand their infrastructure and deliver optimal deployment solutions for Logpoint installations. You will contribute through documentation customer sessions demos and traininggoing beyond troubleshooting to integrate systems and protocols with our advanced SIEM platform.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Communicate effectively with customers on defined technical tasks and scope.
  • Work confidently and independently on assigned technical tasks while collaborating efficiently with the local and global teams.
  • Assist customers in using integrating and troubleshooting various systems and protocols with our SIEM SOAR and NDR products.
  • Understand and adopt all documented practices processes and policies.
  • Provide feedback on areas for improvement in product documentation and internal/external knowledge articles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams beyond your immediate team that includes engineering product customer success engineering and sales.
  • Participate in customer sessions demos and training to support deployment and adoption.
  • Use debug and improve operational scripts and automations as needed.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Professional experience in IT Operations Technical Customer Support IT Support System engineering or related functions for 1-2 years.
  • Professional communication both in Danish and English.
  • Good knowledge of OS and *nix-like OS.
  • Strong understanding of network and network security concepts.
  • Knowledge of web vulnerabilities and security practices.
  • Good fundamental knowledge of programming skills in any language(eg. Python/Java/Go).
  • Certifications such as RHCE CCNA or CEH would be considered as a plus.
