Shift Engineer
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve complex issues for the ServiceNow Technical Support team focusing on performance and instance availability
- Serve as the final point of escalation within the technical support department
- Mentor junior team members on various technologies
- Quickly gain and apply understanding of the ServiceNow platform
- Interact directly with customers requiring strong interpersonal and technical skills
- Work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as needed
Qualifications :
Batchelor of engineering / power department
Good command at English language
skillful at using computer
Additional Information :
He should have at least two years experience in the same position in similar property
