Salesforce Senior Solution Analyst
Role location: Zaventem Belgium

As Senior Solution Analyst at Hologic you will play a pivotal role in establishing IT as a strategic business partner that understands core business strategy and can improve processes and operations leveraging technology. This role will enable enhancements to our existing solution footprint performing a broad range of execution steps spanning scoping design build through deployment and stabilization.
We are looking for candidates with a deep understanding of Customer Experience business functions processes leading practices and application landscape who are able to work successfully within cross-functional teams. Great communication skills are essential to drive clarity and consensus around business requirements serving up technology solution options to both technical and non-technical audiences across multiple locations.
What You Can Expect:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand end-to-end business processes document requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions with a focus on user experience.
- Collaborate with other IT teams across multiple time zones to design and deliver technology solutions that align with strategic business goals and target architecture.
- Be a subject matter expert (SME) with technical / functional solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pricing Solutions.
- Design technology solutions leveraging native application features first. Carefully design and implement custom solutions leveraging configuration following best practice; in a manner that minimizes technology debt allows users to manage data independently from IT and is sustainable and flexible for future growth.
- Continuously monitor and optimize delivered solutions to maximize value and efficiency for the organization.
- Own all steps of solution delivery from ideation through Production stabilization including but not limited to system hands-on configuration unit testing data maintenance cross-platform deployments all following IT controlled procedures leveraging deployment automation tools.
What We Expect
- Bachelors degree in computer science Business Administration or an IT related technical discipline.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud including hands-on configuration experience and best practice solution design.
- Experience with Pricing Software is preferred experience with Service Cloud is an advantage.
- Experience managing and supporting Enterprise-scale Business Applications experience configuring solution and design.
- Knowledge of various Project Management approaches (Waterfall Agile etc.).
- Experience integrating Salesforce with backend ERP is preferred knowledge of Oracle will be advantageous.
- Ability to respectfully challenge the status quo and influence others to achieve results.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills. Consultative and interpersonal skills to build partnerships with business counterparts.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex business challenges
- Ability to work independently with sense of ownership and initiative and a hands-on approach.
