As Senior Manager for Cyber Security Incident Response & Threat Detection you will oversee daily operations shape strategic detection and response processes and ensure our enterprise is resilient against evolving threats. Your leadership combines people management technical excellence and cross-functional collaboration to make a measurable impact on global security.
You will:
Oversee the daily operations of the Cyber Detect and Respond team ensuring efficiency resilience and high service quality.
Develop implement and optimise threat detection and incident response processes across the enterprise.
Lead investigations of security incidents ensuring timely effective and documented resolutions.
Collaborate with cybersecurity IT and business teams to enhance detection response and monitoring capabilities.
Maintain and improve SIEM EDR and other security monitoring tools leveraging automation and scripting where appropriate.
Prepare clear incident reports executive summaries and lessons-learned reviews to continuously improve processes.
Ensure compliance with internal policies global regulations and cybersecurity standards.
What you bring
7 years of cybersecurity experience including at least 3 years in leadership roles within large-scale enterprise environments.
Deep expertise in threat detection incident response SIEM EDR forensic analysis and automation (e.g. Python PowerShell).
Relevant certifications such as CISSP CISM GCIA or GCIH (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong strategic and operational leadership with the ability to guide teams under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
Fluency in English and excellent stakeholder management skills enabling effective communication across international teams.
