Serve as the primary front office support for campus operations while assisting with attendance processes purchasing campus safety coordination and student health services. Provide professional customer service to students staff parents and visitors while supporting the mission and operational effectiveness of ResponsiveEd.
Education/Certification:
High School Diploma or GED

Experience:
Prior school office or administrative experience preferred
Experience with student attendance systems purchasing or student health services preferred
Serve as primary receptionist by greeting and assisting students parents visitors and staff.
Answer and route phone calls and respond to campus inquiries.
Check visitors in according to campus safety procedures.
Process student check-outs following established protocols.
Input tardies and maintain accurate attendance records.
Assist registrar with attendance processes and student record maintenance.
Update attendance documentation to ensure compliance with state and organizational requirements.
Monitor campus security camera systems throughout the school day using Cloudvue.
Schedule and coordinate required school safety drills.
Conduct and document routine door safety checks.
Report safety concerns or irregular activity to administration immediately.
Check distribute and mail campus correspondence daily.
Receive and process campus packages and deliveries using Skyward.
Manage and process campus orders and purchases in accordance with organizational procedures.
Maintain accurate purchasing and receipt documentation.
Communicate with vendors and staff to support campus supply needs.
Prepare substitute folders including rosters schedules and lesson plans.
Ensure substitute materials are organized and available as needed.
Serve as campus health aide.
Administer student medications according to physician orders and parent authorization.
Provide basic care for sick or injured students.
Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student health concerns.
Maintain accurate student health and clinic documentation.
Assist with Child Nutrition Program coordination as needed.
Provide clerical and organizational support to campus administration and staff.
Maintain confidentiality of student and staff records in accordance with FERPA and organizational policy.
Assist with campus events projects and operational tasks as assigned.
