The Role

We are looking for a Sr. Software Engineer who is an outstanding team player with a positive attitude and high energy to help us deliver state of the art products. Someone that want to grow herself the product and the team. Were looking for someone with the ability to work independent and communicate clearly and effectively with team members.

Your day-to-day

You understand the complexities and tradeoffs for building systems with 99.999% availability

Design/Code/Test based on user stories and product defects (perl & golang)

Ability to spear head a project leading other engineers as part of a team

Contribute to software design and code reviews

Solid understanding of algorithms & data structures along with their runtime complexities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Introduce and influence process improvements and act as an agent for change to the organization

What you bring to the team

Passionate about scripting preferably in perl

BS Degree in CS or similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience

3-6 years software development experience

Full Stack developer while you may love the backend you are not shy of the UI

Good experience in LINUX/UNIX and any scripting language (Ruby / Perl / Python) or Java

High accountability and a track record of delivering high quality game changing products

Low ego and someone who puts the team and the organization first. You have strong opinions that are loosely held

Challenges status quo and looks for continuous improvement in systems and processes
