We are looking for an Client Services Associate to join our Retirement & Private Wealth team on a Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Connie under oversight of Operations Manager to review design and implement updated file naming conventions and folder structures
• Review reconcile and validate multiple versions of recovered client data to identify the most accurate and complete records
• Migrate verified data into the live client data drive ensuring accuracy consistency and adherence to organizational standards
• Perform data integrity checks flag discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues as needed
• Document finalized standards note exceptions or legacy constraints and provide status updates throughout the project
• Archive or decommission outdated duplicate or obsolete files per guidance
