Job Summary
We are seeking a data driven Operations Administrator to support
our high performing teams in Buffalo Grove IL.
What a typical day looks like:
- Responsible for processing daily operations and documentation of
paperwork and transactions.
- Collect analyze and report to operational data (safety quality etc.)
- Helping with safety reports and safety topics.
- Generate process performance and status reports; track and manage document numbers.
- Create and maintain specialized catalogs logs and project files.
- Prepare presentations dashboards and charts for internal teams.
- May be responsible for the inventory of products to assist the production team.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Provide support to leadership in terms of various processes and status reports.
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- Advanced Excel knowledge (PivotTables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Data Validation Charting/Dashboard Creation).
- Strong data-analysis skills including the ability to interpret trends and translate data into actionable insights ideate and propose solutions as well as manage action trackers.
- Minimum 2 years of Administrative experience
- Minimum 2 years of Manufacturing experience
- Experience working with ERP system (any platform)
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos.
- Ability to write and type correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers clients and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to work independently
