Position Title: Advanced Associate Benefits
Job Description: The Advanced Associate Benefits role within Pearsons Global Benefits team focuses on reviewing and analyzing data managing benefits audits and collaborating with internal and external partners to drive process improvements and automation. Reporting to the Benefits Business Partner the role supports the global benefits roadmap and may evolve from global design work to local implementation support. The position requires strong attention to detail effective communication the ability to manage multiple priorities in a global matrixed environment and a proactive mindset focused on efficiency and collaboration.

PearsonGlobal Benefits team isseekinga motivated and detail-oriented Advanced Associate Benefitswho will review and analyze will managebenefitsaudits and collaborate effectively with both internal and external partners to propose process improvements and opportunities for automation in a cost effective robust and scalable way.
The role will report to Benefits Business Partner with day-to-day operations aligned closely with thebenefits nature of the role may change in differentphasessuch as designing globally initially and then supporting local implementation.

Qualifications
I. Education:Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred.
II. Experience:Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in Human Resources particularly in benefits.
III. Technical Skills:Strongproficiencyin Microsoft Excel including advanced functions (e.g. pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP data analysis and reporting) with experience working with Human Capital Management (HCM) and payroll systems (such as Workday Oracle SAP ADP or similar).
