About the Role:
Were looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build the next generation of infrastructure and tools that empower our engineering teams to deliver scalable reliable and efficient systems. Our engineers work on high-impact projects that drive the future of data-driven digital experiences handling vast amounts of information at scale and simplifying complex backend systems. As a member of our team youll collaborate closely with product owners and developers to create innovative platform solutions tackling challenges that ensure system-wide efficiency and scalability.
What Youll Do:
- Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to define requirements influence platform direction and architect technical solutions to complex challenges
- Write clean efficient and highly optimized code to support core infrastructure systems tooling and platforms
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers
- Lead code reviews providing actionable feedback to enhance high coding standards across the team
- Take ownership of your projects and thrive in an environment where ideas are openly shared discussed and challenged
What You Need to Succeed:
- 5 years of professional software development experience with Java/Scala or similar languages
- Strong understanding of distributed systems streaming architectures data structures and design principles
- Proven experience in designing implementing and maintaining scalable systems libraries and SDKs
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
- Extensive experience with Docker Kubernetes or cloud platforms (AWS Azure)
- Deep understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) caching mechanisms and RESTful API
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and build automation tools
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team growth
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning
