The Consumer Experience Representative is Keters voice to the consumers who call for support.
In This Position You Will Have the Opportunity to
- Resolve inbound consumer inquiries via phone and email while updating internal systems
- Utilize Sales Force to manage cases
- Become a product expert and navigate Keters Product Site (PIM)
- Actively listen to customers and express empathy for their needs
- Troubleshoot products issues using probing questions to determine root-cause to solve the consumers inquiry
- Deliver superior customer service through first call resolution
- Use strong time management and organizational skills to meet goals
- De-escalate upset customers by solving their problems
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of Customer Service and Call Center Experience Required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication both written and verbal
- Punctual on-site attendance
- De-escalation skills
- A patient and empathetic attitude
- Experience using computer and phone in fast-paced environment
- Positive mindset and proven record of excellent attendance
- Customer First and resolution focus for every phone call
- Strong communication and attention to detail skillset
- Desire for growth and development with a growing company
