Description:
Join our Manufacturing Engineering team supporting the production of advanced XRF and OES spectrometers.
This is a hands-on role focused primarily on supporting daily manufacturing operations solving technical issues and contributing to continuous improvement activities. Its a great opportunity for an early-career engineer who wants to gain practical experience in a high-tech production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support production by troubleshooting technical and quality issues
Analyze non-conforming parts and help determine root causes
Work with suppliers on technical issues and corrective actions
Collaborate with Manufacturing Quality Procurement and R&D teams
Participate in process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives
Support introduction of new products into manufacturing
Help develop and improve assembly fixtures and test tools
Maintain technical documentation and follow change control processes
Must-Have Qualifications
Basic understanding of manufacturing principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Hands-on proactive attitude
Good communication skills in English (at least B1)
Basic knowledge of CAD tools
Willingness to work in a production/cleanroom environment
Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 kg with assistance
Drivers license B is preferred occasional travel by car may occur
