AI Data Apps Lead

Were looking for an innovative and passionate AI Data Apps Lead (m/f/d) to join our Data Engineering team and take ownership of our growing suite of AIpowered data applications.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of AI-assisted development (vibe coding) as we continue expanding our portfolio of AI-built apps. Youll shape the technical architecture manage cloud deployment lead projects and help bring non-AI-native teams up to speed on modern AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and design the technical architecture deployment and lifecycle of our AI-built data applications
• Use AI-assisted development (vibe coding) to accelerate prototyping and delivery champion AI-assisted development methodologies across the team
• Architect and manage cloud-based data infrastructure (Azure Databricks etc.)
• Oversee code management practices CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
• Ensure data platform scalability reliability and security
• Guide and upskill internal teams that are not yet familiar with AI tools

Your Profile

• 7 years in data engineering data platforms or application development
• Experience with vibe coding and AI coding assistants (Copilot Cursor Windsurf etc.) knowledge of LLMs prompt engineering and rapid AI prototyping
• Strong React development experience
• Familiarity with backend development and API integrations
• Experience being in a technical leadership or mentorship role
• Hands-on experience delivering applications from concept to production
• Portfolio of AI-built or AI-enhanced projects (including personal pet projects)
