Job Summary

Process Assistance: Assist senior operators in the setup and operation of Granulation Compression or Coating machines to learn equipment functionality.
Material Handling: Manage the weighing staging and movement of raw materials and semi-finished granules between processing cubicles.
Cleaning & Sanitation: Execute Type A (Minor) and Type B (Major) cleaning of machines tools and processing areas as per validated SOPs.
Documentation Learning: Learn to record real-time data in Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) machine logbooks and weighing slips under supervision.
In-Process Support: Assist in basic quality checks such as weighing tablets checking appearance and monitoring room temperature/humidity.
Safety & GMP Compliance: Adhere to strict cleanroom discipline including correct Gowning SOPs PPE usage and personal hygiene standards.
