The Role
This is a full teaching position across KS3KS5 with a particular focus on Literature at GCSE and A-Level. The successful candidate will deliver intellectually ambitious lessons that promote close textual analysis independent interpretation and critical evaluation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Teaching English Literature across KS3KS5
Preparing students for GCSE and A-Level examinations
Leading seminar-style discussions in small teaching groups
Supporting Oxbridge and Russell Group applicants where appropriate
Contributing to literary enrichment activities including book societies and theatre visits
Small class sizes allow for detailed feedback extended discussion and high-level analytical work.
