The Caretaker will support the day-to-day running of the school site ensuring that buildings and grounds are well-maintained and safe for staff pupils and visitors.

Opening and closing the school site
Carrying out basic maintenance and minor repairs
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Setting up rooms for lessons exams and events
Monitoring site security and responding to alarms
Assisting with contractor supervision and deliveries

Previous experience in caretaking maintenance or facilities
Basic DIY and maintenance skills
