Position Overview:
Were looking for a sharp and organised Finance Officer to support our day-to-day financial operations - from procurement and payments to reconciliations and reporting. Youll work closely with internal teams help improve processes and ensure accuracy across the board. If youre detail-oriented proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment wed love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• In-Charge of Payment Runs: Execute and process regular payment runs and ad hoc payments through the banking portal and accounting software.

• Invoice Management: Analyze and record purchase invoices ensuring they are accurately matched to purchase orders and correctly allocated to the general ledger.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding payment terms and due dates.

• Operational Accuracy: Ensure all payments comply with internal policies budget allocations and GL codes.

• Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Take responsibility for reconciling balance sheet accounts and clearing outstanding items.

• Daily Financial Operations: Support day-to-day operations by reconciling payment transactions across both accounting systems and banking portals.

• Audit Support: Assist in the statutory audit process by providing reconciled data and maintaining high standards of documentation.

• Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve reconciliation controls and documentation.

• Financial Analysis: Analyze and record Requisitionspurchase invoices and invoices ensuring accurate budget allocation and General Ledger (GL) coding.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 years in an Accounts environment preferably within the IT or iGaming sectors.

• Analytical Mindset: A sharp eye for detail when examining contracts and laying out complex cost structures.

• Communication: A virtuoso in both written and verbal communication capable of making complex terms easy to understand.

• Teamwork: A dependable and flexible collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving professional environment.
