Nasdaq Technology is looking for a passionate Office Experience Coordinator to join the Pune technology center in India.
Role Overview
- Provides coordinated office and location support to ensure a positive and efficient workplace experience.
- Supports engagement activities and onsite initiatives by partnering with Site Leaders Employee Network Groups and crossfunctional teams.
- Assists in delivering office events employee experiences and onboarding activities while helping maintain smooth daily operations across facilities security IT and people processes.
- Contributes to project coordination budget tracking and ongoing office programs ensuring consistent adherence to established procedures and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Reports to the Office Experience Director and supports office engagement and operations by supporting the execution of office events and initiatives coordinating project tasks and helping ensure a positive wellrun inoffice experience.
- Supports the planning and delivery of onsite events and employee engagement activities.
- Supports office engagement by coordinating activities with Site Leaders Employee Network Groups and site committees while serving as the primary local Office Experience contact to help cultivate an outstanding inoffice experience.
- Helps implement officewide experiences such as town halls team lunches hackathons volunteer days and seasonal celebrations; assists with employeeled activities as needed.
- Ensures smooth office operations by coordinating with Security Facilities People Partners Corporate IT and other partners to keep spaces tools technology and supplies functional.
- Supports local onboarding by guiding new hires through sitespecific norms operations communication channels and logistics and coordinating badges and technology setup.
- Supports People team programs and annual cycles including learning and development initiatives handbook updates and organizational changes.
- Helps track and manage the office experience budget and provides support to the Site Leader on budget use throughout the year.
- Handles sensitive information with discretion and maintains confidentiality at all times.
We expect you to have
- Education Required: Bachelors degree preferred or relevant work experience required
- Experience Required: At least 1 year
- Proven experience executing on multiple projects at the same time
- Highly organized and able to prioritize appropriately
- Excellent warm communicator in written and verbal form
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Resourcefulness and creativity in developing engagement initiatives and solving office-related challenges.
- Physical agility and the ability to move quickly and efficiently throughout the office space as needed.
- A proactive positive and adaptable mindset with a willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities as required.
