Where Youll Make a Difference

Set the global vision for formulation finishedformat excellence and application leadership positioning Applications as a strategic growth enabler and competitive differentiator.
Lead and transform global Application and Technical Service teams elevating technical depth crossregional consistency and commercial impact.
Drive innovation across probiotic delivery formats translating strain science into scalable marketready solutions with strong consumer relevance.
Embed speed agility and discipline into development processes to match the pace of a fastcycle influencerdriven market.
Establish global best practices for formulation stability performance validation and knowledge sharing to accelerate timetomarket.
Partner with Commercial Marketing and Product Management teams to shape compelling customer solutions product narratives and tradeshow concepts.
Serve as a visible technical thought leader internally and externally strengthening customer engagement and elevating organizational expertise.
Champion the transformation of Applications from a support function to a valuecreating engine driving differentiation and growth.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Microbiology Food Science Biotechnology or a related scientific field.
At least 15 years of experience in relevant industries including 10 years in probiotics or dietary supplement ingredients.
Proven success leading large global matrixed teams and driving change across cultures and geographies.
Strong expertise in formulation science strain characteristics processing stability and finishedformat performance.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific concepts into commercially viable differentiated solutions for B2B customers (businesstobusiness).
Experience operating at the intersection of science commercialization and speed in a dynamic highvolatility market.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of partnering closely with sales and marketing teams.
Excellent communication influence and stakeholderengagement skills.
