What the role involves...

In this pivotal role youll manage a highvalue multitrack caseload from first interview through to successful resolution. Your days will be filled with meaningful challenging work where every decision has real impact. You will:

Lead and progress complex clinical negligence claims with skill empathy and strategic judgment
Comply fully with preaction protocol and court timetables
Instruct and collaborate with medical experts and counsel across litigation ADR and advocacy
Conduct negotiations attend mediations and drive settlement outcomes
Handle interim applications and play a key role in income forecasting
Ensure accurate timely billing with support from our expert costs team
Work independently while contributing to a collaborative highperforming team
