Job Summary
Were looking for a Lead Software Developer to join our team reporting to Director - Software this role youll help shape how we build and evolve realtime missioncritical low latency systems
Youll fit right in if youre meticulous highly skilled inobjectoriented programming and experienced inlowlatency architecturesandcommunication protocols. You should enjoy working across multiple components of a complex system collaborating with a crossfunctional team and tackling technical challenges that push the boundaries of performance and reliability.
What Youll Do
- design implement and optimize new system features with a strong focus on performance and reliability
- Actively contribute to architectural and design discussions
- Deliver immediate value as an integrated member of the development team
- Document new features and create clear test scenarios for QA production support and other stakeholders
- Analyze system behavior and data to identify diagnose and resolve potential issues
What Youll Bring
- Masters degree or dualdegree qualification in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent industry experience
- Expert experience developing in Java for lowlatency or realtime systems
- Handson experience with communication protocols and latencysensitive architectures
- Proven track record working on complex distributed information systems
- Strong Linux experience
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals
Nice to Have
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS GCP or Azure) including managed services for compute storage and networking
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration using Kubernetes
This position will be located in Stockholm and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office subject to change providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
