As the Inventory Control Administrator you will:
- Prepares for and conducts daily physical cycle counts of inventory investigates/verifies all positives/NIL (Not in Location) from the count and prepares a written report.
- Monitor shipping receiving and temporary storage locations through reports and investigate/research any item more than three days old.
- Daily investigation/remediation of any items moved to NIL/RESEARCH.
- Document and notify supervisors of any reoccurring errors.
- Resolve transfer discrepancies.
- Resolve invoicing discrepancies.
- Performs various warehouse activities as directed from time to time.
- Other duties as required.
As a successful candidate you will have the following:
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Able to conduct physical work in warm and cold conditions.
- Able to obtain lift truck license through Company.
- Able to work in high places (inventory racks).
- Observes National Holidays of the country of employment and Office Closures of the head office of record.
- Drivers License Required.
