As the Inventory Control Administrator you will:

  • Prepares for and conducts daily physical cycle counts of inventory investigates/verifies all positives/NIL (Not in Location) from the count and prepares a written report.
  • Monitor shipping receiving and temporary storage locations through reports and investigate/research any item more than three days old.
  • Daily investigation/remediation of any items moved to NIL/RESEARCH.
  • Document and notify supervisors of any reoccurring errors.
  • Resolve transfer discrepancies.
  • Resolve invoicing discrepancies.
  • Performs various warehouse activities as directed from time to time.
  • Other duties as required.

As a successful candidate you will have the following:

  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • Able to conduct physical work in warm and cold conditions.
  • Able to obtain lift truck license through Company.
  • Able to work in high places (inventory racks).
  • Observes National Holidays of the country of employment and Office Closures of the head office of record.
  • Drivers License Required.
