As the Inventory Control Administrator you will:

Prepares for and conducts daily physical cycle counts of inventory investigates/verifies all positives/NIL (Not in Location) from the count and prepares a written report.
Monitor shipping receiving and temporary storage locations through reports and investigate/research any item more than three days old.
Daily investigation/remediation of any items moved to NIL/RESEARCH.
Document and notify supervisors of any reoccurring errors.
Resolve transfer discrepancies.
Resolve invoicing discrepancies.
Performs various warehouse activities as directed from time to time.
Other duties as required.

As a successful candidate you will have the following:

Flexibility in working hours.
Able to conduct physical work in warm and cold conditions.
Able to obtain lift truck license through Company.
Able to work in high places (inventory racks).
Observes National Holidays of the country of employment and Office Closures of the head office of record.
Drivers License Required.
