What Youll Do:
The Program Case Management Supervisor plays a key role in supporting young adults through both strategic leadership and direct involvement. You will set case management direction aligned with organizational goals mentor case managers provide TIP Model training and ensure compliance with documentation standards. Alongside these dutiesyoullmanagea caseload of7-10 clients personallyand promote ongoing team development through coaching and feedback. The position also focuses on measuring and achieving programobjectivesand KPIs driving impactful outcomes for transitioning young adults.
Qualifications
Education AND Experience
- Bachelors degree in a human services field with one year of related experience or a bachelors degree in any field with two years of related experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred. Extensive supervisory experience in a human services agency may substitute for education
- Valid NC Drivers License
