Maintenance Technician
Location: Oconee SC
Schedule: Must be flexible across shifts
Status: Full-Time
What Youll Be Doing
This role supports critical production and molding equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment requiring independent judgment and adaptability.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain and repair:
Injection molding presses and molds
Conveying systems robots automatic handling equipment
Grinders pumps motors blenders compressors boilers
Electrical and lighting systems
Install and maintain:
Process piping valves thermocouples fittings gauges
Hydraulic pneumatic steam and air systems
Set up remove inspect clean and maintain molds of varying complexity
Perform troubleshooting and repairs with minimal supervision
Support environmental compliance including RCRA waste handling
Participate in required environmental and safety training
What Were Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Two-year technical degree or certificate preferred
Strong working knowledge of:
Hand tools power tools and shop equipment
Hydraulic system repair
Willingness to learn and expand technical skill set
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Experience with Milacron equipment is a plus
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Required:
Ability to work assigned shifts weekends and overtime as required
Ability to work in an industrial environment (standing walking lifting bending)
Ability to wear required PPE
Commitment to safety quality and attendance standards
