As a Seasonal Customer Service Representativeyoullbe the first point of contact for our growers providing them with exceptional service and support. You will play a vital role inmaintainingstrong relationships with our customers and contributing to our mission of helping growers achieve their highest yields.

This position is seasonal.

What Youll Do:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person.
Provide information about products and services.
Resolve product or service issues ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assistwith order processing andlogisticscoordination.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Execute our culture of care andcomply withallNutrienAgSolutionsand industry regulatory and EH&S standards.

What Youll Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1 yearspreviouscustomer service experience.
Valid Canadian drivers license.
Computer and keyboarding skills;Demonstratedability in the use of word processingdatabaseand spreadsheet software.
