DESCRIPTION:
Join our collaborative team as a Lead Packaging/Labeling Technician at Thermo Fisher Scientific where youll manage pharmaceutical secondary packaging operations while contributing to global healthcare.

  • Manage the creation revision and approval of secondary packaging materials (cartons labels inserts sleeves etc.).

  • Coordinate artwork development and updates including variable data (GTIN serialisation market-specific requirements).

  • Initiate and manage change controls related to packaging materials.

  • Ensure compliance with GMP regulatory requirements and customer specifications.

  • Assess technical feasibility of packaging materials on production lines (dimensions print positioning readability compatibility).

  • Maintain and update material master data in ERP systems (e.g. SAP).

  • Interface cross-functionally with Regulatory Affairs QA Manufacturing Supply Chain Engineering and external customers.

  • Support new product launches market updates and variation projects.

  • Manage communication with packaging material suppliers.

  • Provide support during audits and inspections related to packaging documentation and controls.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Life Sciences or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated packaging environment.

  • Knowledge of GMP and change management processes.

  • Familiarity with artwork management and variable data requirements.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
