Job Summary
As a Commercial Lawyer supporting Nasdaqs Corporate Solutions business you will play a key role in managing legal risk while enabling commercial success. You will partner with a small agile legal team and cross-functional stakeholders to draft and negotiate commercial agreements advise on legal and regulatory issues and drive efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft review and negotiate complex commercial agreements with clients vendors and strategic partners to enable business growth while mitigating risk.
- Advise business leaders sales management and product teams on commercial legal and regulatory issues ensuring alignment among business objectives legal and regulatory requirements and enterprise policies.
- Assist in updating and streamlining of legal templates and documentation to improve usability clarity and consistency across the business as necessary.
- Collaborate with Information Security Product Technology Sales and other Business Units to support strategic initiatives and resolve legal issues efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- JD degree from a top-tier law school and active bar membership.
- At least 7 years of experience at a major law firm; additional in-house experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial technology contracts for global businesses.
- Experience advising business teams on commercial legal and regulatory issues.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to translate complex legal concepts for diverse non-legal audiences and work independently in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.

- Familiarity with (or strong desire to learn) data privacy and cybersecurity law AI technology and emerging legal issues in technology commercializatio
This position willbe located inPhiladelphia and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least three (3) days a week in-office) subject to change providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
