Job Summary

Store ManagerSummary: The Store Manager typically works as a team with another Store Manager to manage either the Sales or Operational side of store. Reports directly to General Manager of the and Responsibilities:Schedule for department managersOversee department managers in storeManage the store sales by reviewing sales numbers for each departmentManage store operationsTrain and develop store team membersAchieve planned growth and profit goalsEnsure execution of all customer service program company guidelines and policiesProvide a safe clean environment for customers and team membersAlways ensure adequate availability of merchandiseAccurately report financial measures and transactionsPlan and organize to meet or exceed forecasted financial goalsEnsure published hours of store operations are metRecruit hire and train to ensure efficient operationsRequired Education Experience and Certifications: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or college or any other combination of education training or experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities to accurately perform the above of three years prior experience in retail industry preferably in a customer contact Skills and Competencies:Strong leadership skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearanceHigh level of energyDemonstrated selling skillsEffective organizational skillsProver managerial skillsSatisfactory MVR D.O.T physical/certification in states that require it drug screen criminal background investigation with job performance reference check and required testing a valid Drivers above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by team members assigned to this classification.
